edoocoo Community Guidelines

A few rules we'd like to highlight

edoocoo is a place for the educational community to come together and celebrate the amazing work you are all collectively doing. It's a place where we promote a free exchange of ideas, and open discussion. We know that every now and then, these discussions may get heated, with other members posting and commenting on things you really do disagree with.

To help you deal with these moments, we thought it would be a good idea to create "Good Practice" standards, to ensure everyone behaves professionally (we know you will) and contributes positively to the community. These Community Guidelines set out the terms between you and us under which you may access our site www.edoocoo.com services, mobile applications, products, and content (our Website) and these guidelines apply to all users of, and visitors to, our Website. Your use of our Website means that you accept, and agree to abide by, all of these Community Guidelines, which supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy .

www.edoocoo.com is a educational community site which is operated by edoocoo Limited (we or us). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 08952416 and we have our registered and trading office at 4 The Woodlands The Grange, Hartford, Northwich, England, CW8 1GJ.

These standards apply to each part of a contribution made on or uploaded to this Website. The standards must be complied with in spirit as well as to the letter.

😃 Things to Do

Be courteous

It's easy for some text to be taken out of context, so a few extra words can ensure the tone is taken correctly. It takes just a couple of seconds to say "Please" and "thank you", but they really can make all of the difference.

Be supportive

Edoocoo is all about creating an environment for educators where they can thrive, collaborate and flourish. If you think you can be of some help to a question asked, be supportive and help someone out.

Think before you write

This is super important. Always try to take 10 seconds to think before you either post or comment on a post. This is your professional community, and we want to you to shine, your words to be ordered and amazing and basically make you look like the educational superstar that you are.

Check before you upload

Check, check and double check your words.

Think if you would like to read the article. Is it accurate? Is it too long, not detailed enough, or is the balance just right? Check it, and then upload.

Report anything you read, or anyone you think is offending

If you do see anything that you think is offensive or in breach of these Network Rules, send us an email at report@edoocoo.com and we'll take a look. We'll look at what is being said in context, and take appropriate action.

👿 Things we will not tolerate

We also reserve the right to change these Community Guidelines using the procedures in our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or feedback, let us know. Like everything on edoocoo, it is open to discussion.
